Our purpose built product support building houses the Spare Parts and Service departments and offer dedicated customer support on all Rexquote products.

Lee Blewett is your point of contact for all service, spares and warranty enquiries. He is responsible for co-ordinating Rexquote’s team of specially trained service engineers.

Rexquote also offer over the phone technical support where necessary.

Understanding the industry requirement for fast response, all Rexquote product support vehicles are equipped with a stock of parts and specialist tools to ensure speedy on-site diagnosis and repairs to save the customer time and money.

The Product Support building stocks regularly asked for spare parts and consumables to enable fast delivery of vital parts to customers when they need them.

Rexquote Product Support helps to ensure customer satisfaction continues long after the machine has been delivered.

Training

As well as the short familiarisation courses that accompany every new machine, Rexquote now offers more comprehensive training for fitters and engineers. The two to five day courses can be tailored to any machine, and cover subjects such as electrics, hydraulics, RCI and Rexwatch. Maintenance and fault-finding are covered in depth, giving the candidate a much broader understanding of their road-rail machines. The specially built Rexquote training school provides a light and modern environment for trainees. The training mixes classroom material with hands-on machine experience. All courses are accompanied with handbooks that candidates can take away afterwards, and each topic is covered by a specialist in that particular subject giving candidates access to years of experience. Knowledge is tested at the end of each session, and at the end of the course the candidate receives a certificate listing the modules passed.
